Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, basis stock availability
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

  • We offer standard shipping across India.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over ₹300
  • For orders below ₹300, a flat shipping fee of ₹30 applies.
  • Delivery times range from 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order through our website or the courier service's website.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India.

Shipping Issues

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@theunbottle.com with your order details.
  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. Please notify us immediately if you experience any such issues.

Refund Policy

Returns

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange a product for the same item due to damage or defect, please contact us at support@theunbottle.com with details and a photo of the product.
  • We will send you a replacement once we receive the defective item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items such as opened personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping
